Nursing Home Organization Appoints New CEO | Business premises
A veteran healthcare executive has been appointed CEO of a healthcare company that spans 18 nursing and rehabilitation facilities, many in western New York State.
Susan Grigg will oversee operations and ensure regulatory compliance for the three-portfolio company, which includes 4,200 healthcare workers and 3,200 residents. The three portfolios belong to the McGuire Group, VestraCare and RCA Healthcare Management / Absolut Care, covering several regions of New York as well as a facility in Michigan.
Grigg, who lives in Wheatfield, had been COO of the three groups since 2020 and had held several positions within the McGuire Group since 2007.

The McGuire Group’s portfolio includes the Autumn View healthcare facility in Hamburg; Garden Gate health care facility in Cheektowaga; Harris Hill Nursing Institution in Williamsville; Northgate Health Care Facility in North Tonawanda; Seneca Health Care Center in West Seneca; Brookhaven Health Care Facility on Long Island; and the Fall Woods Healthcare Facility in Warren, Michigan.
