Pag-IBIG Voted Most Trusted Government Company
THE Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) said it became the most trusted government company in a recently conducted nationwide trust survey.
In a statement, the state-run agency said it has achieved the highest trust rating among state-owned and controlled companies (GOCC) based on the 2021 Philippine Confidence Index (PTI) .
PTI is a national survey conducted by the EON Group, which measures Filipino confidence in government, business, media, church, academia, and non-governmental organizations.
The Pag-IBIG Fund said that according to PTI 2021, government agencies with the highest trust ratings are “those whose duties require them to remain engaged with the public, even during the pandemic, such as e-learning. , financial regulation, loan aid and aid distribution. The agency noted that the Department of Education ranked first with a 91% confidence rating.
The Pag-IBIG fund followed suit with an 89% confidence rating, which is the highest among the GOCCs on the list.
